What an anniversary dear #EPeeps! 1 year of experience and 57 pts treated using #ULTC for patient-tailored low-voltage-guided #AF_Ablation at Zentralklinik Bad Berka GmbH. Pt w drug-refractory (amiodarone) persistent AF after cryoballoon and redo RF-PVI (last procedure almost 10 yrs ago). ZAQ Score 3 (high likelihood of low-voltage areas). After cardioversion sinus P-wave >200ms duration (picture 1). Left atrial voltage-map w evidence of LVAs at the PW and AW (picture 2), LAT-map w relevant conduction delay at the AW (picture 3). While moving the HD-mapping catheter induction of roof-dependent flutter. 1st ULTC-lesion at the roof w termination of the AT (picture 4). Completed the "box" and performed an aMIL (picture 5) w evidence of bidirectional block. What an effective energy source!
