Earlier this month for World Breastfeeding Month, staff heard from Candice Ward, Certified Lactation Consultant about the importance and benefits of breastfeeding. During her presentation she really encouraged Black women to consider breastfeeding their babies. #affiniahealthcare #breastfeeding

Affinia Healthcare VP & Chief Medical Officer Dr. Melissa Tepe and Assistant VP Jennifer Winters recently attended the annual National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) in Atlanta. Winters presented on Affinia Healthcare's work on translation services for patients with limited English proficiency. In addition to the presentation, Dr. Tepe and Winters also attended sessions on maternal health, AI, Medicare, and social determinants of health. They also met with colleagues from St. Louis Dental Center and A.T.
