January is National Mentoring Month, and we are excited to share the launch of The Amazon Guides mentorship program! The program launched in late fall 2023 and we currently have mentees from three Hispanic Serving institutions located in 3 states connected 1:1 with Amazon mentors. The program provides individual connections between scientist/engineers (mentors) in FTR and students (mentees) from diverse backgrounds. Our overall goal is to support students from diverse backgrounds by providing them with a dedicated Amazon mentor to guide in career preparation. This also helps expand students’ professional networks. Learn more about FTR's exciting innovations! https://lnkd.in/eXpCCgPK #mentorship #diversity #robotics #amazon
