🔍 With the election right around the corner, naturally, we wanted to answer the one question on everyone's mind: What is the assessed value of the White House? 📍 Our Research Manager, Clifford J Gudiel, organized a tour of the White House for our analysts during a national fly-in. Despite White House’s tax-exempt status, D.C. assesses its value annually. On the District’s zoning map, the White House stands out with an assessed value of $1,197,405,320. The Treasury Department and the Eisenhower Executive Office Building are assessed at $427.4 million and $461.7 million, respectively.
