#ProjectSpotlight ArchKey delivers sustainable solutions for Capital One's new eco-conscious development in Tyson's Corner. The up-in-coming 26-acre urban development encompasses a hotel, offices, retail space, public green spaces, sculpture gardens, a grocery store, bars, restaurants, and a performing arts center that boasts 1,600 seat main theater and a 230-seat amphitheater, all powered by ArchKey. The project included the design and installation of the electrical and life safety systems for the 2.7 million square feet of mixed-use space. The eco-conscious development also included 33 ChargePoint EV chargers. ArchKey was not only selected for our expertise in sustainable solutions, but also for our ability to be Capital One's partner from installation to service. With the project now complete, we continue this partnership as Capitol One's primary service provider.
