While serving on the Paradise Pool deck, Rachel noticed a young child struggling in the water, out of sight from their parents. Chris is a passionate and award-winning marketing leader with nearly two decades of professional experience in brand, digital, traditional, and social strategic marketing. Chris played an instrumental role in leading the marketing efforts and reorganization of BRE Hotels & Resorts, a Blackstone Portfolio Company's Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts assets, including La Quinta Resort & Club, Grand Wailea and Arizona Biltmore, and we're delighted to welcome him back to the Biltmore. Chris' diverse career has spanned food & beverage, revenue management, and marketing, allowing him to bring a well-rounded perspective to his leadership roles. His earlier career includes significant contributions to digital marketing for the Greater Palm Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau, where his work earned multiple ADDY awards. He was an integral part of the launch team for the Waldorf Astoria Collection in 2006 and played a key role in the conversion and launch of Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas. In his new role as Area Director of Marketing, Chris now leads the marketing efforts for both Arizona Biltmore and La Quinta Resort & Club, two of the most iconic luxury resorts in the Phoenix and Palm Springs areas.
