As part of ARMADA’s objective to recognize our employees for their valued service to our clients, customers, and other team members, it was our privilege to present ARMADA's Core Values Award (CVA) to 2 very deserving individuals. The CVA is designed to create a culture of recognition, increase employee engagement, and reinforce behavior that exemplifies ARMADA’s core values, and to recognize and motivate higher performance. Our President, Tom Foos, visited our CENSECFOR East location in Chesapeake, VA to present this award to Vincent Jones & Dave Phillips. Thank you for doing all that you do, congratulations!

Mr. Tom Foos, President, and Mr. Josh Rock, Vice President and Corporate Program Manager, were able to visit our DOJ EOUSA client site today. During their visit, they were able to present Core Value Awards to 9 exceptional employees: Shawn Gibson, Shanel Lesesne, Talya Veney, Dereka Walters, Anecia Sanders, Verra Diggs, Demetrius Ford, Toya Hayes, and Brandon Barber. Thank you for continuously going above and beyond for the client and ARMADA!
