This past Friday, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency announced the winners of the Global Fishing Forecast Grand Challenge – a competition for industry innovators to develop proof-of-concept forecasting solutions to support NGA efforts to detect, track and characterize maritime vessels engaged in illegal, unreported or unregulated fishing. The Athenium team is happy to share that our proposed solution 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥!
