Jim Cavale, founder of INFLCR (now Teamworks Influencer) and Athletes.org, shares his journey and insights into the world of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) in college athletics. He discusses the evolution of INFLCR from a content delivery platform to a comprehensive NIL business management tool. Cavale emphasizes the need for a partnership between athletes and schools, highlighting the importance of revenue sharing and collective negotiating. He introduces Athletes.Org as an organization that aims to empower athletes, educate them on their rights, and help them negotiate fair deals with their schools. Jim Cavale discusses the launch of Athletes.Org and the challenges they face in representing college athletes.
