📚✏️ This past Saturday, we had the incredible opportunity to give away 416 school supplies and over 800 books to the Vickery Meadow community, while also partnering with Parkland Health's mammography bus to provide over 30 mammograms, Dallas Innovation Alliance to provide information about our Computer Help Center, and Dallas Independent School District to register parents for school and their parent portal! 🎒📖 A huge thank you to our 41 amazing volunteers from Atlantic Housing Foundation, Inc., Toyota North America's TAASiA group, Southern Methodist University, Dallas Independent School District's Family and Community Engagement Department, Heart House, Ibex Club, Kiwanis International - Lakewood, VICKERY MEADOW YOUTH DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION's EAGLE Scholar Alumni, and friends from the Vickery Meadow Community for making this event possible! Your dedication and hard work throughout the event was truly inspiring!
