One of our signature properties, The Atlantic Doral, celebrated the SPLISH SPLASH event with its residents. The fun was nonstop, with a DJ, dancing, snacks, and raffles, allowing families to enjoy an unforgettable afternoon. We couldn’t have made this day happen without the generosity of DORAL FAMILY JOURNAL, L.L.C., as a long-time partner and main sponsor, they offered prizes, raffles, and gift coupons to the attendees. Last month, A|P had a visit from high school students of the Summer Scholars Program at University of Miami – Miami Herbert Business School. Students learned about the affordable housing market, A|P’s development pipeline, and even got a close up view of the new Atlantic Station development which is expected to open next year. @ MHBS Real Estate Network

A day of celebrations! Today in Miami, we celebrated the groundbreaking of the next phase of Quail Roost Station, a transit-oriented affordable housing community for seniors. The community will provide direct access to public transportation. Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava and Miami-Dade County District 9 Commissioner Kionne L. McGhee, Esq. gathered with A|P for the celebration as well as our partners, Miami-Dade County’s Department of Public Housing and Community Development, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, East Coast Development Enterprise, EAC Developers (EAC Consulting, Inc.,) PALMETTO HOMES, LLC of Miami, and Wells Fargo. This second phase is part of a six-phase revival effort. The first phase of this development, which started in 2020 with 200 units, is expected to be completed by the end of 2024 with a third phase starting in 2025. Thank you to all of our team members and partners for making another dream development a reality for these deserving communities! 

Today, in partnership with Harris County Housing Authority, Harris County Housing & Community Development, Our Community Inc., LLC (OCI Group), Citi Bank, and Wells Fargo, we celebrated the opening of The Residences at Arbor Oaks with a ribbon cutting ceremony! Houston leaders including Lawrence Bell, Harris County Precinct 3, Sam Borders, Harris County Housing & Community Development Department Director, Gerald Womack, Harris County Housing Authority, Chairman of the Board attended the ceremony to commemorate the new affordable housing community in Houston, TX. The community offers 84 two-bedroom and 108 three-bedroom apartment homes for families complemented by a fitness center, children’s play area, swimming pool, outdoor gazebo, and business center. Residents will also have access to barbecue grills and picnic benches as well as a community center. We are grateful to all of our partners for making it happen!
