It's an honor to lead people. Caring for those in your charge is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling experiences one can have in their business career. I'm just returning from a week spent with our incredible Avalara India employees in Pune. This includes an additional 300+ hires since the last time I was there in March. I'm full of energy and inspiration from sharing our Avalara and CCO vision, mission and strategy with our new hires, management team and all of our business partners. We laughed, danced, inspired, listened, learned, discussed, planned and actioned our work all week. Most of all - IT WAS SO FUN!! I miss your smiling faces already.
