BakerRipley is pleased to announce the opening of our new Immigration and Citizenship office situated in Gulfton at 6200 Savoy Suite 1200, Houston, TX, 77036. This facility is now operational and welcomes Neighbors seeking services such as legal guidance, citizenship forums, and social services support.

Recently, we heard from two speaker panels at the Comcast Digital Equity Symposium. Speakers included Megan Steckly, CEO of Compudopt, Matt Summey, Vice President, Strategic Planning, Sheroo Mukhtiar, CEO of SER Jobs, Cindy Fisher, Texas Broadband Development Office, Digital Opportunity Program Supervisor, Dr. Angel Harris, Vice President, Chief Advancement Officer, United Way of Greater Houston, and Ernest Lewis III, MBA, Vice President of Community Impact and Vitality at BakerRipley. The panels were moderated by ANTONIO HERNANDEZ with Telemundo Houston. Thank you to Comcast for organizing this event focused on building effective partnerships and solutions to help close the digital divide. As we strive for a more equitable digital landscape, these conversations and collaborations are critical in making meaningful change.

In 2023, our Senior Health and Wellness Centers proudly served 184,496 lunches across 24 vibrant Senior Centers. This initiative has not only provided essential nutrition but also fostered a sense of community and connection among our Senior Neighbors. A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved for brightening the lives of so many seniors.

BakerRipley's Immigration and Citizenship office at Gulfton is moving. This office will be closed from Friday, August 16, and open at a new location on Monday, August 26, 2024. During this time, our hotline will continue to operate at normal hours, Monday - Thursday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, to answer any questions you have.
