Earlier this week, Annville-Cleona School District proudly hosted the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly renovated Secondary School. Isett team members had the pleasure of attending the groundbreaking ceremony to kick off construction for the adaptive reuse apartment building on the site of the former St. Joseph's Hospital in Lancaster, PA. The project includes 185 apartment units and 2,000 square feet of retail space. Congratulations to Warfel Construction Company, WPM Real Estate Management, Alexander Design Studio, and others involved, to the start of an impactful project for the community.
