The Houston Division took a quick break this week to celebrate giving back with Hunt With Heart! The Hunt With Heart team accepted Beazer's third annual donation to their heartwarming cause. We are thrilled to support their mission of empowering and enhancing the lives of children with severe illnesses through unforgettable outdoor experiences. The organization also provides games and crafts to children receiving treatment in hospitals, often for extended periods of time. The Houston team was beyond excited to assist in assembling craft bags with handwritten, personal notes. The event ended with some friendly competition, in true Dave & Buster's style!

The Beazer Homes Maryland and Delaware teams had the incredible opportunity to aid in the renovation of Believe in Tomorrow Children's Foundation's newest home! This impactful organization allows for critically ill children and their families to take a step away from the stressful routine of medical treatments, and heal as a family unit in a relaxing, beach getaway. The Beazer team helped demo the deck, front porch, and place temporary bracing as further renovations kick off on this new retreat for these deserving families. #theBeazerLife

Our team recently spent the day with Construction Instruction and DuPont Performance Building Solutions diving into the building science and technologies that make it possible for us to deliver Zero Energy Ready homes. "The training was fantastic! What I enjoyed most were the experimental breakout sessions we conducted after each classroom session. It's one thing to listen to a lecture and take notes from PowerPoint slides, but the learning experience reaches a whole new level when you can see a live demonstration of the information covered," said Director of Construction Mike Woods. "Another aspect of the training that I found particularly impressive, and which made me even prouder to be a part of the Beazer team, was how advanced we are compared to our peers in terms of energy efficiency." #theBeazerlife #EnergyEfficiency
