    We're #hiring a new Product Analyst, Arlington, VA PROGRAM ANALYST The individuals shall possess: · Possess Master's degree in a science or engineering field from an accredited college or university and at least five (5) years of experience in a related Science & Technology (S&T). · Demonstrated experience accomplishing complex analyses, & executing complex program management tasks. · Experience organizing & hosting technical workshops, & planning, scheduling, & staging annual reviews and briefs. · Experience reviewing and editing technical reports, summaries, & presentations ·   Experience in program analysis and financial planning; budget formulation & program execution; & portfolio development & analysis. ·  A Secret Clearance or an interim Secret Clearance before onboarding at ONR. Code 34 requires technical & programmatic support in the execution of its basic, applied, and advanced technology development S&T programs. Tasks to be performed include: 1.    Assist in the overall management of programs. Includes assisting in developing program plans, strategies, metrics to identify improvements, and budgets. 2. Coordinate program efforts among Government Program Managers; organize information associated with product development and transition of research to prototyping, field-testing, and acquisition. 3. Prepare and draft analyses, presentations, speeches, and reports relative to project and program management goals, objectives, and results. 5. Schedule and attend program preliminary and critical design reviews, program technical and financial reviews, and key demonstrations or tests. 6. Draft responses to internal and external communications on programmatic and financial matters. 7. Assist in the development of marketing materials such as posters, briefings, webpage content, to include graphics support and production of materials. 8. Identify and review emerging requirements & opportunities for transition in areas related to Code 34’s objectives for selected technology programs. 9. Assist & support Code 34 in program & financial reviews, Gov and Industry events, & sponsored or non-sponsored key demonstrations or tests. 10. Facilitate dialogue & interface with key decision makers & their staffs (e.g., Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV), & Joint Staffs, Warfare Centers, System Commands, Program Executive Offices), Navy, Marine Corps & Joint technology needs, development, & acquisition working groups, & among various technical subject matter experts. 11. Collect, report, & archive regulations, policy, guidance, legislations, laws, & Congressional language related to supported programs & systems. 14. Generate web page content in support of Code 34 programs & technical meetings. Identify & utilize latest information technology resources & capabilities to facilitate information retrieval and dissemination. 15. Participate & present at high school/university outreach programs, which may include career fairs, science fairs, & symposiums.
