My Why. Working at the Boys & Girls Club of Worcester is a privilege. Every day, I am inspired by the "Why moments" that drive me in my career. Surrounded by a team of dedicated staff, board members, volunteers, and supporters, I find fulfillment in supporting our remarkable kids and teens. Last night, at our 135th Annual Meeting, honoring our graduating high school seniors' accomplishments and welcoming three exceptional former Club kids as inductees into our Alumni Hall of Fame were truly special "Why moments." Celebrating Black girls! #Transformations is a program designed by Black women for Black girls grounded in Black feminist epistemology. #Transformations is a FREE year-long rite of passage program for Black girls, ages 12-14 or in middle school.
