Last Friday, our CNG team CHARLESE MALCOLM had an unforgettable experience with our incredible new partners from DTLR, Inc.! A special thanks to Lil Bankhead and Swamp Izzo from @V103 Atlanta for bringing the energy and fun to the kids at the Center For A New Generation Boys & Girls Club! From the generous $10,000 donation by Championship basketball player Raven Johnson and DTLR to our STEAM Program Initiatives, to the bookbags and school supply giveaway, dance contest, and watching Raven, lil Bankhead, and Swamp Izzo lead the kids in a dance frenzy—it’s safe to say this day will be remembered as a highlight in BGCMA history! Since 2020, the foundation has been supporting Boys & Girls Clubs’ Academic Success programming. Mr. Smith joined PNC Financial in 2013 and leads the bank’s Community Development efforts for the Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee markets. He has an impressive background as a community development professional with experience in expanding nonprofit capabilities, addressing housing affordability, leading diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, cultivating small business and micro-lending activities, and managing retail and commercial banking activities.
