Reflection, as it relates to my time at Bradford, is a powerful thing. Often times, it’s rooted within a significant sense of pride, not of what I have done, but what WE have accomplished in an incredibly short period of time. Yesterday, we concluded our Eastern Division training of our business development team Bradford Health Services at Cornerstone of Recovery. Some of the themes I was so inspired by while watching the team interact was the dedication, empathy, excitement, and engagement from everyone. Our team’s eagerness to seek information and new opportunities for learning, along with their willingness to be vulnerable, showcased a shared vision and investment in the important work we are doing. The energy and enthusiasm during our training sessions were palpable, with each member actively participating and ready to contribute. I am humbled and proud to see the remarkable work this exceptional team is doing. I firmly believe that I am the least important person here, as it’s the collective effort of these passionate individuals that drives change and serves our patients and families. Their commitment to exploring new and effective ways to make a positive impact in our communities is a testament to their dedication. Thank you to everyone at Bradford Health Services for your hard work and unwavering dedication. Together, we are making a significant difference. #HealthcareHeroes #CommunityImpact #BehavioralHealth #ContinuousImprovement #BehavioralHealthTraining Brett Martin Jenny Carlton Jana Mason Michael Leal Tessa de Bar Cornerstone of Recovery Bradford at Madison Red Oak Recovery Foothills at Red Oak Recovery The Willows at Red Oak Recovery Evolve Addiction Treatment
