A quick truth about speed-reading billboards. It ain’t about science. 💸 Big corporations pay millions of dollars to slick scientific type of guys with data that accounts for driver velocity, word count, average optical neuron detection time, and still can't decide if it’s 10 or 2 seconds. 💡 At BRM, we use common sense for that sort of thing. 🚗 Heck, here in Houston, most drivers don’t even read the speed limit signs! On the freeway, we’re going 20 over or just plain 20. That’ll buy you some time to stare at a billboard. No matter what speed we’re going. We’re going and going. Again and again. 🤔 Those fancy science guys forgot us locals are going from home to work (or our usual haunts) every day! We pass that sign every day. Every day. 🤩 So, it needs to be interesting enough to catch our attention every day.
