FROM HIGH SCHOOL TO HEALTH CARE -- BNHC is joining with the Cape Verdean Association of Brockton and Haitian Community Partners to create a unique program that will offer health care education to Brockton High School students and other city youth, and then provide them the opportunity to practice health care -- right in Brockton! YOUR HEALTH IS IN THE BAG — How far do BNHC staff go to keep you safe? They’ll even put this big yellow bag over their heads (and in this case let us take photos!) to ensure their N-95 masks fit properly. It’s called fit-testing, and involves spraying a sweet mist into the bag. If staff can detect the mist, they’ll need to adjust the mask or try a different size to ensure a proper seal.
