That's why I've developed a pattern for conducting phone interviews that helps me zero in on the most suitable candidates. 🎯 Here are the three key areas I focus on during phone interviews: 1️⃣ Pre-Work and Preparation: Before diving into the interview, I thoroughly review each candidate's resume and craft specific questions that pinpoint the necessary prerequisites and client requests. 📝 2️⃣ What I Cover: I provide a concise overview of the role, including the challenges, success factors, and logistics. I also discuss any deal breakers to ensure that the candidate is genuinely interested before proceeding to the next stage. This helps save time for both parties.  3️⃣ Resume Walk Through: To delve deeper into the candidate's industry experience, I ask tailored questions or have them walk me through their resume.
