Yesterday, Northwestern celebrated the formal groundbreaking of the new Ryan Field, a 100% privately funded project set to bring thousands of jobs and nearly $660 million in economic impact to the City of Evanston and surrounding areas. https://lnkd.in/gYwbzjDw Demolition was completed last month—and operations have now shifted fully to new build. 🏗️

🔔 2024 CLT FELLOWSHIP UDPATE 🔔 As part of the Fellowship Program, the entire cohort participates in weekly site visits with each partner organization where they learn directly from the industry professionals on their career path and gain advice on how to navigate a career path and gain on how to navigate a career in sports. 📍 This weeks' site visit was with CAA ICON! 💜Thank you to the CAA Icon team for hosting our fellows + supporting our mission! Tracy Dolcetto, Marcus Brimley, Tyran Jones, Tate Hoff, Jo Webster, SPHR, CDP, Alex Silvas, @Marc Farha Landin Sledge is the CAA Icon Fellow this summer, working on-site to learn more about stadium + arena construction! 💡 Hear from one of the Fellows, Kayla Hoch, on how this experience impacted her: "I really liked when Marcus said “what’s happening to you is happening for you” it made me feel more confident in what is going on in my life and what is going on around me. I loved the diverse employees and majors that CAA Icon hires. They mentioned you do not need to have a certain major to be qualified for a job, which also makes me feel confident in my abilities as a recent graduate.
