Last month, Governor Newsom appointed Robin Christensen to be Deputy Director of DTSC’s #SaferConsumerProducts Program (SCP). On Monday, she officially joined our team! Christensen’s extensive background in health / public service has already paralleled with our work. While serving as Chief of Biomonitoring at the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), she collaborated with our #EnvironmentalChemistry Lab & SCP Program on #California’s Regional Exposure Study (measuring Californians’ exposure to potentially harmful chemicals).
