Introducing one of our 2024 Dear Jack Matt Cwiertny Music Education Scholars: Lillian Knecht! Diagnosed with Osteosarcoma during her senior year of high school, Lily found strength in the universal language of music. Now a senior at Queens University of Charlotte, she's majoring in music therapy and hopes to support pediatric oncology patients. Her journey showcases the power of resilience and music's healing touch. From battling cancer to uplifting others at our recent gala, Lily's story is a beautiful full-circle moment and we're so proud of her!
