Capital for Change CEO Diane L. Smith attended this inspiring and amzing event! Keep it going!
We've had incredible time of learning and connecting at the conference! 🌟 We held enlightening breakout sessions, featuring dynamic leaders like Katie Gailes, Michael Crooks, and Chris Womack. Topics ranged from developing your board, technology, partnership development, and more. 💡 We held a 'Navigating the Current Policy' Luncheon, keynoted by Amber Koonce and heard from CDFI Fund Director Pravina Raghavan. We also spent some time offsite with Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago, Chicago Community Loan Fund, and C3 Impact Fund learning about their work within the community. The day concluded with The Power of Us Dinner and Awards Ceremony where we celebrated our shared journey, honored those who have paved the way, and recommitted ourselves to the important work that lies ahead. Members left inspired by spoken word artist Klove and keynote, Reverend Lennox Yearwood of the Hip Hop Caucus. Special thank you WK Kellogg Co and U.S. Bank for supporting our conference and contributing to an unforgettable experience. #PowerOfUs #AllianceConference2024
