Serving as our nation's largest primary care system with a primary care workforce of over 300K people and nearly 1500 Community Health Centers (CHCs) providing care to over 32.5 million people or 1 in 10 at over 16K sites, NACHC is committed to being a "Partner of Choice" with the public, nonprofit, and private sectors. For the "Beyond the Exam Room" panel, we have HLTH Inc.'s Amy Eckenroth on industry partnerships, AltaMed Health Services's Lizette Escobedo on Civic Health, Instacart's Sarah Mastrorocco on Food as Medicine, and Direct Relief's Byron Scott, MD, MBA on emergency preparedness and response. For the "Population Health and Place-Based" panel, we have School-Based Health Alliance's CEO Robert Boyd, National Center for Farmworker Health (NCFH)'s CEO Alicia Gonzales, American Academy of Family Physicians's CEO Shawn Martin, and National Health Care for the Homeless Council's CEO Bobby Watts. We are grateful to have Innovation Ex with outstanding plenary speakers Adimika Arthur, Janna Guinen, and Tanisha D. Hill, PhD, MPH. We also have our inaugural "TechQuity Tank" with Azara Healthcare, CareMessage, eMed Digital Healthcare, and Syntax Health and an interactive workshop on the 5 Xs of CHC innovation (aka, eXplore, eXperiment, eXcel, eXpand, eXchange). Tremendous thanks to Coach Kathy Kemper and Kelsey Kemper Valentine of the Institute for Education for graciously hosting CareMessage, along with customer and partner organizations focused on improving health equity, at the Congressional Country Club yesterday. CareMessage Chief Strategy Officer Cecilia Corral led a fireside chat focused on the successes of Community of Hope in the DC area. We came away inspired by the knowledge shared, and with renewed drive for our work to champion population health best practices. Thank you to all who joined!

Today, we're meeting with individuals from organizations leading efforts to drive health equity in the Washington, DC region- representatives of federally qualified health centers, advocacy and governmental organizations, and other purpose-driven organizations- to recognize the impact that CareMessage customer Community of Hope has in their community, and engage in a robust discussion on population health best practices.
