These were the top perspectives or interests for the people who participated in our first design workshop to gather feedback for Policy at Healthforce's new projects and programs.
Guided by the values of hashtag #socialjustice and hashtag #healthequity, Healthforce Center at UCSF set out last year to advance California-focused health workforce research that prioritizes systems and policy changes to promote the diversity and skills of health workers and, ultimately, to produce better economic opportunity and better health for California’s communities.
We invite anyone interested in shaping California’s health workforce policy priorities to participate the final online workshop to discuss the projects we expect to undertake in the coming year. These projects will focus on meeting current priorities and better defining emergent and future-oriented policy issues.
Monday, September 9, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Pacific
We look forward to a shared journey to achieve a vision of a thriving, equitable health workforce ecosystem in California. Thank you for your participation, and please share this invitation widely with your colleagues and collaborators!
