Today, we celebrate our amazing CDA Team! 🦋 A caring team of 270 individuals dedicated to creating positive change by supporting children, families, and child care providers in our community. We are happy to share that as of December 31, 2023, Care Access Real Estate (CARE) has acquired eight properties in Clark County, NV, and our VERY FIRST HOME IN SAN DIEGO COUNTY! 🏡 This large property, located near Berry Street Park in the Lemon Grove community, offers an open floor plan, ample natural light from multiple skylights, an oversized driveway, hardwood floors, and a generously sized grassy backyard with heritage fruit trees. 🌳 We recently had the chance to visit the space with colleagues from our CARE San Diego partner Child Development Associates. Once renovated, the home will accommodate both a dedicated child care space and an income-generating accessory dwelling unit (ADU). We can't wait to share what it looks like once renovations are complete!
