With their partnership with Trackside Butcher Shoppe in Campbellsburg, KY, a humanely certified processor, they're able to sell Rose Beef throughout the year. This type of beef is made from milk-fed, grass-fed cattle using traditional farming methods versus industrial feedlots and conventional veal and beef.
