Last week, we said goodbye to our 2024 summer interns. This talented group of 40 individuals, based in New York, Greensboro, Montreal, and Los Angeles, embraced our 10-week internship with creativity and innovation. Throughout the summer, they gained hands-on industry experience, participated in career-focused learning sessions, volunteered alongside Centric associates, and demonstrated their business and leadership skills through a summer-long capstone group project. The 4th annual Centric Cares Operation Backpack program brought associates together across our New York, Greensboro, and Chino offices to pack and deliver over 650 backpacks and supplies for students in preparation for the upcoming school year. 🎒New York associates decorated cards and delivered backpacks full of school supplies to our nonprofit partners SBECA and Giving Friends, Inc.. 🎒Greensboro associates and our Black-associate ERG, RISE, worked with BackPack Beginnings and the Jet Black Empowerment Foundation to create school supply kits to prepare backpacks for distribution. 🎒Chino associates held a back-to-school supply drive to donate backpacks and 6 pallets of kids' clothing and school uniforms. #CentricBrands #CentricCares #OperationBackpack
