Real Property Acquisition Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) The City of Stockton is pleased to announce the availability of federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and State Pro-Housing Incentive Pilot (PIP) Program funds for property acquisition to provide affordable housing opportunities. We are seeking letters of interest and proposals from qualified nonprofit developers to acquire property for the development of affordable housing within Stockton. Eligible applicants include nonprofit affordable housing developers and Nonprofit Housing/Homeless Service Providers.
