A project manager at CityScape, he is now a go-to engineer in Baltimore City after his site designs for infrastructure improvements at the League for People with Disabilities, the AFRO Newspaper’s Historic Upton Mansion, and the Service Center in Remington. Congratulations to Bobby Haase, P.E. who has received the 2024 American Council of Engineering Companies Maryland (ACEC/MD) - Engineer of the Year, Small Firm Award! This award recognizes the accomplishments of an Engineer from a small firm who has contributed positively to the engineering profession and impacted society. Since 2021, Bobby has excelled as a Project Manager at CityScape. Bobby has exhibited exemplary commitment to our clients, our team, and our community through his work on urban revitalization, site redevelopment, accessibility, and environmental improvement projects in Baltimore City. He loves his hometown of Baltimore, and firmly believes in empowering our community, connecting it through multi-modal transportation corridors, and nurturing community-led development for a stronger Baltimore City.   Congratulations, Bobby, on a well deserved award, and your outstanding contributions to CityScape and the engineering profession!

It's been a very busy Summer and Fall, and CityScape has been hiring! We've added 3 fantastic new members to our team. In June, we welcomed aboard Byron Rouse as a Site and Utility designer. Byron is a Morgan State graduate and has worked as an architectural & drafting manager, architectural designer, and utility locator prior to coming aboard at CityScape. Carly Jaxtheimer joined us in October as a Water Resources Engineer and is now the second Hokie in the CityScape house! And last week we welcomed aboard Aron Katz as a Project Manager to round out the team.  Aron is a graduate of University of Maryland, College Park and lifelong City resident with 15 years of prior site design and consulting experience in the Baltimore region. CityScape's team now stands at 8 employees, all of whom are proud City residents and passionate about engineering challenges and opportunities here in Baltimore.
