⚖️ On August 23, Clark stood proudly alongside California Chief Justice Patricia Guerrero and the judicial staff of the Judicial Council of California and Superior Court of California, County of Riverside to celebrate the dedication of the Menifee Justice Center. Part of a statewide courthouse construction initiative, the newly inaugurated facility features nine courtrooms for family, traffic, and civil cases, jury assembly and deliberation rooms, a self-help center, a children’s waiting room, and areas for attorney interviews and witness waiting. ☀️Clark Summer Associate Spotlight☀️ As our summer associates head back to school, we sat down with Scott Blaha, a rising senior at California State University, Northridge. Scott has had boots on the ground at the North Hollywood High School Modernization project in Hollywood, California. Working with the systems team to complete tenant improvement renovations to classroom buildings and the construction of a new auditorium building. Clark joined Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) in celebrating a significant milestone in the construction of the WMATA Northern Bus Garage as we begin erecting the facility’s steel structure. 🚍 With the completion of concrete foundations, the advancement of slab-on-grade placement across the bus storage level, and underground plumbing and electrical installation, crews are starting to erect the steel structure that will house WMATA’s next-generation bus fleet. #ClarkBuildsDC

Paxton has reached substantial completion! 🙌 The 100% affordable, 160,000-square-foot multi-family building is home to 148 units, contributing to the production of much-needed affordable housing in Washington, DC’s Ward 7. The building community includes 5,300 square feet of amenity space in addition to dedicated program space for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) units. Congratulations to the Foulger Pratt, CFP, Clark, and project teams for reaching this milestone and increasing the high-quality, affordable housing in our nation's capital. #ClarkBuildsDC

The Elgin Mental Health Center Replacement Power Plant team recently completed the installation of boilers! 🏭 Clark's mechanical trade contractor installed three 500-horsepower medium-pressure, dual-fuel steam boilers in under two days by using a 190-ton mobile crane, moving skates, and hydraulic jacks. This critical milestone brings the project to 90% complete. #ClarkBuildsIL
