The Bay Area Property Services (BAPS) Annual Board Education Seminar and Trade Show is this Saturday, June 8th. Our president, Tad Black, will be speaking.

CM Squared was honored and excited to participate in the Essential Drive for HomeAid Northern California last week. The Essential Drive, hosted by NorCal developers, collected vital items for baby, toddler, and parent essentials for unhoused families in the Bay Area. A total of 581 boxes of diapers, 240 cases of baby wipes, 175 bath items, 82 toys and books, 135 items of clothing, and $1,025 worth of gift cards were donated, and we were proud to be a part of that effort!
