We are so happy to announce that we have opened the doors of a 3rd CMS clinic in Colorado! Located at 6801 S. Dayton Street in Greenwood Village, our team is welcoming walk-in, same day intakes 6 days a week. The clinic held an open house yesterday for community members and our newest partners in hope to tour the beautiful clinic and meet our care team! Our dedicated Community Impact Manager, Cloe, built a commemorative installation at Greenwood Village, with each heart of the 1,300 hearts representing a life lost to overdose in Colorado in 2023. Opioid treatment on demand, now available in Englewood, Colorado! Walk-in intakes are always welcome at CMS, and we are proud to share that the team at our newest clinic in Colorado is open and ready to see those in need. Located at 4384 S. Federal Blvd. in Englewood, the clinic is now open Monday-Friday 6:30a,-1:30pm and Saturday 7am-10am. How great is this? Our location in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin has put together a clothing and hygiene center in an unused corner of the clinic. This amazing resource has been built up through the donations from individuals who have lost loved ones to this disease, the generosity of community partners such as Autumn’s Closet - a local resale boutique - and the kindness of our own clients who may have been in need of similar items at some point in their lives. Clothing, personal hygiene items and more are available to any CMS patient to take what they need, when they need it. Now THAT is Community ❤️ #CMSGivesHope #OurCauseIsOurCausing
