CSDC completed renovations at the Upchurch University Center loading dock on Longwood University’s campus. The renovations were necessary to alleviate ongoing issues with large trucks accessing the low clearance loading dock. The architect’s design included removal of the existing precast concrete sections, installation of a new steel lintel, framing, and sheathing, and laying new brick veneer to reconfigure the existing arched opening to a squared-off entryway.

CSI NE has recently commenced work on the Brighton Marine Building 5 repair project. The scope of this undertaking includes 100% cutting and repointing of the entire building, brick replacement, and various repairs to the window frame lintels. We are pleased to continue our collaboration with Brighton Marine with whom we have a successful history of partnership, and we look forward to future opportunities together.

CSDC is working at the Carver College and Career Academy building located in Chester, VA The project entails miscellaneous masonry repairs including tuck pointing of the parapet, replacement of cracked and damaged brick and caulking of failed sealant joints.

Contracting Specialists South East LLC, has been awarded the facade restoration and window retrofitting project at the Brickell Key II condominium in Miami, Florida. The scope of this project includes stucco and concrete repairs on the building’s façade, improvements on waterproofing/water managing systems on all balconies, installation of energy saving & impact-resistant windows for units with outdated glazing systems. Through this project CS SE establishes a strong presence in the window retrofitting market in one of the most booming real state and commercial markets in the country. The company leverages its extensive experience and best practices gained from its history in the concrete and waterproofing restoration business.

CSDC has officially mobilized at the Salisbury Garage where we will be replacing the bearing pads throughout the garage as well as coating the top level.

CSI NE has achieved success working on multiple schools in and around the Boston area. We are happy to announce the mobilization at the Qualters Middle School in Mansfield, MA and the recent completion of the flashing repairs project at the Henderson School located in Dorchester, MA.

Contracting Specialists South East LLC is currently engaged in the reconstruction of planter walls on the south plaza deck of SLMA at the Roney Palace/1 Hotel building in Miami Beach, Florida. The project includes preparing the structural deck, reinforcing with steel, forming, pouring, detailing, and sloping inside the planters to direct water towards new drains. This project demonstrates CS SE's expertise and meticulous approach in executing projects of diverse scopes, contributing significantly to the property's renovation efforts.
