Today I had the privilege of meeting with a customer I have been knocking on the door of for over a year. The customers main question as I was about to leave was “tell me one thing that’s so different about your company that doesn’t make you like the others”. Immediately I responded with “Our Culture”. CraneTech has been a blessing for myself and my family. And it makes it so easy to say that when it’s done the same for our technicians and team members I am surrounded by. When an organization feeds so deeply into their team, it radiates through the body which it operates. Wheco Inspection just took delivery of two brand new Crosby Straight Point load cells in 6.5mt and 25mt. In critical lift situations and crane certifications knowing the exact load being lifted is critical. Our inspectors will have them as standard issue to aid in the certification process and they will also be available for rent. Big thanks to Wayne Willie of Crosby and Rasmussen Wire Rope and Rigging for making Wheco apart of the Crosby family.

Installed in Tulsa, Monday through Wednesday. CraneTech 5 ton, 55' span, our bridge crane and runway of course, Shaw Box SK hoist, Inmotion radio, Power Electronics bridge VFD. One of the usual configurations. This is another, very long time, dedicated customer of which we are proud to be a provider. Design, fabrication, wiring, and installation folk all working together make this end result a reality. Im proud to still be a part of this work, and in several cases, this crew, after 35 years.

We… do… MOBILES!!! I am thrilled to announce Steel River’s acquisition of WHECO Corporation! WHECO is our largest acquisition to date, and will sit as a sister company to CraneTech. WHECO’s highly skilled mobile crane and aerial work platform repair team expands the scope of services we are able to provide to our customers. I’d like to give a big thank you to Ryan Davis and the rest of the WHECO team- exciting times ahead!!

CraneTech Tulsa shipped and installed this unique crane yesterday. Designed and built for a multilevel, existing runway. Odd in its design but its what the customer needed and thats what we provided. Pics are in our shop as its was preparing to depart.
