At Credit Karma we are intentional with our focus on building community and culture. We have a thriving Employee Resource Group (ERG) Program led by some very dedicated and passionate individuals. We had a wonderful time celebrating Pride Month at Credit Karma! From community luncheons across our offices to office celebrations that filled our spaces with music, fun activations, and fellowship, it’s been inspiring to see our Karmanauts come together to embrace the spirit of Pride and uplift our LGBTQ+ community. What an incredible week it’s been celebrating Juneteenth with our Karmanauts! Our week kicked off with a rejuvenating Wellness & Meditation session, focusing on mindfulness and reflecting on the significance of the holiday. We wrapped up the week with our Homecoming celebration! Complete with music, engaging activities, and delicious fare from local Black-owned food trucks, we embraced the spirit of community and camaraderie. A special thanks to everyone who participated and to our Bla-CK ERG for helping us put together such a memorable event!

Intuit Credit Karma had an incredible time at the RenderATL conference last week! We had some epic activations, including a networking mixer in collaboration with Next Play, and a Latin Karma Affinity Group Meetup. It was great to connect with talented individuals from the Latinx community and discuss how we can drive the future of fintech and inclusivity together.
