Cummins Behavioral Health is looking to add a licensed therapist for a career as a full-time Intake Specialist. 📝 This clinician will help a diverse group of persons in all age groups complete diagnostic assessments and formulate initial treatment plans when entering services with Cummins. Applicants must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related program. They must also be license-eligible or licensed in the state of Indiana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Salaries begin at $50,000 for master's license holders and $57,500–$60,000 for LCSW, LCAC, LMHC, or LMFT licensed therapists. This position is available in Boone County (Lebanon), Hendricks County (Avon), Marion County (Indianapolis), Montgomery County (Crawfordsville), or Putnam County (Greencastle). This position involves advocating for children and families by engaging community volunteers and professionals in a strengths-based, family-centered planning process. Earlier this week, our Putnam County team met with Mental Health America of West Central Indiana and the Putnam County Health Department to discuss collaborating on tobacco cessation efforts for our consumers. Although much of the focus has been on drugs and alcohol in recent years, tobacco products can be just as addictive and harmful to the body. 🚭😰 Quit Now Indiana is a state-funded program that provides free tobacco cessation assistance to qualifying Indiana residents.
