Celebrating Success: Integrity Coaching Graduates Shine Bright! We're thrilled to announce the graduation of two groups of exceptional managers from our Integrity Coaching program! Over nine weeks, they immersed themselves in coaching techniques under the guidance of Elisa Matthews, Integrity Solutions Facilitator Client Performance Strategies. Leadership Development Program Enters its Third Year Dade County Federal Credit Union recently hosted a Question-and-Answer session for its Leadership Development Program. The program is kicking off its 3rd year and is actively recruiting new aspiring leaders to join its next cohort.
