Exciting news! We are thrilled to announce that Harrison Staley has joined the Delamar family as the new Rooms Division Manager of Delamar Mystic. Harry brings a wealth of experience, having worked at various hotels from the South Carolina coast to Rhode Island over the past seven years. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Harry decided to return to New England and took on a role with the Ocean House Collection in Westerly, RI. There, he managed the Forbes Five Star Weekapaug Inn, an Ocean House Collection property. With deep roots in the Mystic area, Harry's connection to the region is strong and personal. He grew up in Mystic and held his first jobs locally at the Mystic Aquarium, Abbott's Lobster, and New England Science and Sailing (NESS). As the new Delamar Mystic takes shape, Harry's goal is to elevate hospitality in Mystic, offering unforgettable historical experiences and showcasing the breathtaking location. Born and raised in Poland, Julita’s passion for luxury hospitality was sparked during her childhood travels, where she was captivated by the impeccable service and attention to detail at luxury hotels. At the age of 22, Julita moved to the United States, starting her career at The Westin Stamford, CT, and quickly advancing in the high-end hospitality industry. Her journey includes prestigious roles at The Mark Hotel, The Plaza Athenee, The Marmara Park Avenue, The Marmara Istanbul, and The Williamsburg Hotel, where she excelled in various leadership positions. Notably, Julita led The Williamsburg Hotel through a successful transition and relaunch under new ownership. Her extensive experience and dedication to excellence have now brought her to Delamar Westport and Delamar Greenwich, where she brings strategic vision and operational expertise to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
