Our team traded hard hats for bowling shoes and spent an afternoon hitting the lanes at Maple Hall! It was a great time filled with team bonding, friendly competition, and lots of laughs! We also took the opportunity to recognize two of our outstanding summer interns. We are grateful for their dedication, fresh insights, and eagerness to learn. They have been integral parts of of our team, and we are thankful to be part of their journey. The Denark Team had a great time volunteering with Knoxville Area Urban League's annual Shoes for Schools event. Taking a look back at the Goodwill HQ Renovation! This 40,000 square foot renovation of the Knoxville flagship location gave our longtime clients the ability to greatly expand their retail and training areas. Their computer classrooms and CNA training areas received major upgrades to aid in their education efforts. The office was reorganized to be more ADA accessible and updated finishes and HVAC improvements were made building-wide. We are proud to support Goodwill's mission and to have enhanced their Knoxville headquarters! #SuperiorExecution #DenarkConstruction

Check out this video of the McWhorter Building renovation! This three-story building got a facelift with the new aluminum windows and masonry restoration, refinished hardwood floors, and new lighting and HVAC throughout. We are especially fond of the rooftop deck area providing a 360-degree view of downtown Knoxville. This building is a winner of the Keep Knoxville Beautiful Orchid Beautification Award. We are proud that our work not only helps our client but also the Knoxville community. This week, the pedestrian bridge at the Knoxville Multi-Use Stadium was installed! The bridge will provide access over First Creek and is a connector for the 360-degree concourse. Meet the Beauford Delaney Building! We are thrilled to introduce the Beauford Delaney Building, a key component of the Knoxville Multi-Use Stadium development. Recently, a milestone in our progress was made and concrete poured that connected the Delaney building to the Stadium, furthering the overall stadium experience. This nine-story multi-use building will feature retail and restaurant spaces seamlessly connecting both the stadium and the Old City. This weekend, our team at Denark had a join (ad)venture with Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. at the Knox Area Rescue Ministries 20th annual Dragon Boat Race! It was an incredible experience that showcased our teamwork and spirit, both on and off the water. Together, we raised over $1,800 and placed 8th out of 23 teams in our division.
