While Bourbon must be made of 51% corn, the other 49% of grains typically used are Rye, Wheat, Malted Barely and provide a dimension of flavors. Our own Christine LoCascio, Robert Maron and Joel Matticks headed across the pond to attend the "Cheers! Spirits from the USA" events in London and Manchester. Supported by the USDA MAP program, the mini-trade shows highlighted American spirits brands and explored trade opportunities. Many #DISCUSMembers joined us including Angel's Envy, Arizona Distilling, Stone Ledge Spirits Company, Virginia Distillery Co., Good Trouble Bourbon, Uncle Nearest, Inc. and Westland Whiskey.
