As renovations at our Ohana East project near completion, we want to shine a spotlight on the exceptional work happening there. The systematic approach we employ across all our projects is clearly demonstrated at Ohana East. Our Site Superintendents, Donald Lambert and Kenny Scherbakov, excel in maintaining the schedule, coordinating subcontractors, and forming partnerships with the operations team. We tackle hotel room renovations floor by floor to minimize our footprint on-site for both ownership and guests, while ensuring maximum efficiency. Each construction floor is organized with designated rooms for tasks like cutting and wallpapering, which helps manage noise and keeps our team focused.   It’s impressive to see the progress on the floors under renovation. With three floors in various stages of completion, the staggered approach keeps all subcontractors engaged and on schedule, while giving the hotel's housekeeping team ample time to prepare each floor before it opens. The smooth flow of our renovation process is a testament to the power of teamwork, strong leadership, and genuine chemistry. A big shout out to the dedicated team at Ohana East—fondly known as the “Ohana Beast” team—for their hard work and commitment! #TheElementsWay
