Make time for friends who lift you up, and don't be afraid to say "no" to plans that drain you. 4. Dive into a new hobby, whether it's paddleboarding or just reading that book you've been eyeing. 5. Extra time with the kids out of school? Now's the perfect time to try out therapy and get things back on track before the schedules fill up again this fall. ➡ And remember, it's totally okay to have lazy days once in awhile!
