Have you spotted a giant banner from I-40W? For Elmington Property Management, Prima at Paseo South Gulch held a certain importance as it marked a milestone in the Elmington story. While our creative team is always designing incredible work, they were determined to make the Prima brand pop creatively. The two-part project included a 60 x 40ft window cling and a 20 x 70ft banner. This was a BIG project, in more ways than one. On the design side, the window graphic had to seamlessly integrate into the building, taking into account the space between each windowpane. This meant dividing the graphic into 72 individual design files and resizing each to fit the individual panes. While making sure the Prima brand felt refined and classy, the team also wanted to inject some color into the design. This resulted in the choice of terracotta, a natural, trendy, but sophisticated color. This pop not only brings attention to both the window cling and the banner for passersby, but also elevated the branding. On the installation side, the weather had to be perfect, and both the cling and the banner had many material, anchoring, and equipment logistics to navigate. A big project means a big sense of pride, which is exactly how the team felt watching the banner and clings go up on the building. So, next time you’re driving down I-40W and catch a glimpse of that terracotta banner, just know that behind it is a whole lot of dedication and a whole lot of InDesign files. Here’s to more milestones and more impressive views from the highway! #WeAreElmington
