Lisa and I had the chance to go deep into this year's data and discuss the drivers of growth in the RIA channel - but more specifically, the truth about organic growth rates across the industry. Having worked on benchmarking studies for years before joining Emigrant Partners, the data is an incredible management tool, particularly when you start to dissect the traits of the top-performing firms. Top-performers in the Schwab study saw organic growth rates of roughly 12% last year, compared to 5% for a typical firm. What are they doing to drive out-sized growth?
