Recently, and as part of the Des Moines Corporate Games, 40 of our employees rolled up their sleeves and put on hair nets to package meals for MEALS FROM THE HEARTLAND. In totaling up our efforts over two shifts, we packaged a total of 20,088 meals! This is enough to feed 77 starving children around the world for an entire year! We couldn't be more proud of our teams who dedicated their time to make the world a better place and to embody our company core values of corporate citizenship! From June 10-13, these bright young minds gained valuable insights into the finance world, exploring roles in Treasury, Investments, and Accounting. By providing hands-on experiences and mentorship, we aim to inspire students from underrepresented areas in Chicago, aligning with EquiTrust’s mission to foster education and opportunity.
