We're thrilled to announce all of the subcontract awardees of the Arts, Media, & Entertainment High Road Training Partnership (AME-HRTP)!
Over the next 3 years, the AME-HRTP's $3.5 million contract will be shared among these labor unions, community based organizations, and partners, with oversight from BRIC, to support a network of Registered Apprenticeship Programs and union training programs, and facilitate paid on-the-job training, mentorship, career coaching, and ongoing support for underrepresented AME workers in California.
Together, this historic initiative will shape a more diverse and inclusive industry by promoting high-wage, high-skill jobs, equity, and career advancement for those underrepresented individuals targeting career pathways in Film/Television, Animation, VFX, Games, Music/Audio, Live Entertainment, and Design.
Join us in congratulating our awardees and thank you to California Workforce Development Board along with all of our partners across education, nonprofit, labor, industry, and government for your support & collaboration!
